« Dear Valued Customers,
Firstly I would like to thank you for visiting us, we are aiming to give you our best with the diversity of services we have to present ! On behalf of my team , I would like to thank you for choosing us for your next event as it shall be one to cherish and remember. The French Counter was established 2 years ago in order to spread some of French Culture and serve some delicious Crepes at the « Paddington Markets » ( Sat, 10am | 4pm). Sydney’s pallet has changed positively over the last 20 years, and The French Counter has been created with this vision: to offer unique produce, specific to the time and seasons.
In 2020, we are now pleased to work alongside corporate clients, French and multi linguistic schools , Sydney boutique markets, councils and Annual Festivals.
Shall you decide to choose our catering services, including the crepes show for your students, or attend the events we are involved in, please do enjoy the finesse of our produces and the professionalism of our staff. This Charter is written to break down certain guidlines to express and show our interest in having a deeper impact in regard with the quality of the offered produces, also to establish our position toward a proefficient way to protect our environment.
RESPECT OF THE TRADITION
By bringing together the How knows methods and the raw ingredients sourced from local and small producers. Indeed, the food industry impacts each and every food business in their own way. Therefore We aim to reunite the Customers and the tradition in order to bring back the Psssion and love for good Cuisine direct to your table.
RESPECT OF THE QUALITY
By selecting the right raw produces and sharing the knowledges of independants over the new trends and taste around the world. Indeed, with the new tendances it does implicitly ask us to work around new recipes and new tastes. Respect of the How know
PROVIDE OUR EMPLOYEES THE RIGHT
training in order to show you their best talented side. Knowledges, Practices and discovery are pillars in our way to share our passion for Hospitality. It also involve to bring in timely manner the advices you might need down the track.
PROMOTING THE SUSTAINABILITY AND THE EQUITY
In promoting small and independant businesses. The French Counter is working alongside with local shops and a French independant hef to promote their skills and network. We work together to promote the French flair and all things French (institutions of education, French Gastronomie, French qualified employment). We also work with environmental friendly companies providing us with recyclabe tableware.
PROSPERITY FOR LOCAL BUSINESS
In working alongside small businesses. We aim to stimulate patrons consciousness to enhance their food cunsomption mindset, therefore creating a business policy etiquette which we like to promote and improve.
